The UFO Base off Baja California has been monitored by US Submarines, Satellite and a US Aircraft Carrier in 2018 going in and out of this "Under-seafloor UFO Base".
It has been speculated that these bases have "portal" type entrances that are controlled by the aliens. They open and close these portals when they need them.
